Benjamin graduated from California University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Administration and Management and received a Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law. He served as a law clerk for President Judge Thomas Doerr and worked for the Butler County Public Defender's Office before accepting a position with Marshall Law Offices. Recently he was appointed as an Assistant District Attorney with the County of Butler. Benjamin is a member of both the Pennsylvania and Georgia Bar Associations and is a Committeeman for the BCRC in Butler Township 1-1.
